Losing weight

So lately, I've been getting quite a few compliments about how I've lost some weight ... and my usual reaction is: "Dafuq?! Shut up! No, I did not!"
Well, I have to apologise ... I've actually lost some weight...

It's not actually the weight, but I lost some centimeters and that's what really matters.
So far, I've only lost like 1,5kg, which is not a lot. Hell, some people lose this over 2 days. But I feel, like I haven't lost any water or something like that ... you know, what happens during the first weeks. I've lost fat ... or whatever it is, you're losing after you're done losing water...
I've got some mustles, because I can now do push ups! Only ten ... but a few months ago, there was only a half push up... the one down...
And I've lost centimeters ... only two centimeters for my chest and waist, but hey. It's fucking 2cm!!! I think when you're dieting you lose a lot more kilos faster, but no centimeters....
Bad news: Nothing for my hips so far ... damn it.

The other thing is ... I'm not dieting. I HATE DIETING!!!! You feel the endless need to eat and in the end you gain more weight. It sucks! DON'T EVER DIET!!!
You have to change your eating habits, that's the trick.
Dieting is for a few weeks, maybe months ... but changing your eating habits is something you do for life. Yep, that's not easy and I'm not there yet but I can do it.

Okay, that's my message and now I'm going to switch to German because I want to explain my inner self blabla...

Was ist also passiert. No one can save you. Only you can save yourself.
Fahrrad, Aerobic, sowas eben.
Danach? Das wird die Zeit bringen...
